BIG NEWS!!!

(NO WE ARE NOT ENGAGED ! ha)
Finally after a LONG TIME coming, we have found a builder and a lot and are building a house :)
We finalized much of the plans last night and are working on some other odds and ends but we are hoping to be moved into the new place by end of September :) Perfect fall weather and right after my birthday.

We are super excited and know this has been a long process.......and I appreciate all my family's time and help and advice :) And also a few of my close friends have been great through all of this as well :)

Barnett Homes is building our house and we are doing a custom plan that we found on the internet.....scary as we've never been in a house like this but exciting :) Our house will be in West Des Moines in the development of South Maple Grove behind Des Moines Golf and Country Club (and 1 block from my sister and Adam :) ) We have a park and Elementary school about 2 blocks away if Jonny and I ever decide to have kids...(we'll see about this...not in any hurry at all :) )

Jonny's mom is buying our house which we are super excited for her and know our house will have a great new owner!

Pray all goes well as I am still praying that everything goes smoothly or else...
