When will the rain stop?

This weekend was a fun and productive one. Friday night Jonny and I went to "The Hangover". Definetly a hilarious movie! We were dying the entire time! I can't say how funny this movie was! We loved it!

Saturday morning we got up and headed to Factory Direct and found our appliances. We didn't order them but they are so much cheaper than any other place in Des Moines and the installation is cheap and delivery. We had great luck there and one big thing to check off our list for the house :) Saturday night we went out to dinner with Kelsey and Tony at B&B in Beaverdale. It was great to see them and hear about their honeymoon and talk about the wedding, etc! We came back and hung out on our patio and played games.

Sunday, Jonny went and hung out with his brother and I had lunch with Sarah (jonny's cousin) and she wanted to see the house so we headed out there and ran some errands. Margie stopped over so was good to see her too. We went to NFM to see more carpet and flooring stuff but really are waiting for our kitchen to be measured so we can go price our cupboards, etc.

I didn't get any pics this weekend so sorry! Our house is framed and up! They are roofing it this week and putting the windows in! It's coming along! I am so excited. Both of us just can't concentrate on much as it takes alot of time to pick this all out and will have to start packing in a few weeks or so. Our basement is pretty well organized thanks to Jonny :)

This weekend is my sister's 29th birthday so we are spending it with her and my family as Adam is in Vegas for work! :( But he did give her a trip to NEW YORK CITY at Christmas time for her bday so she is pretty lucky :)
