Easter Weekend

Last weekend we headed to my hometown of Elk Horn for Easter!  We worked on the farm and did alot of yard work (the guys did mostly all of it), and we worked on her basement and cleaning it out as she will soon be quilting quilts out of her house as her main job since the quilt shop is closing.

Monica went through old photo's and albums from a long time ago...it was fun to see old pictures of the good ole' days!  We got alot done and felt good. Mom made wonderful food all weekend for us.

Sunday we got up and had a big breakfast, Cole opened his gifts from teh Easter Bunny and us and then jonny and Jason went fishing for a while.  We had a huge turkey for lunch.

We went down and saw my dad's grave and Cole got to meet his grandpa for the first time :) Was very special for all of us. For some of you don't know, Cole is named after my dad (Cole Cameron..) Cameron was my dad's middle name.

This coming weekend we are hostessing Jonny's family at our house on Saturday night. Sarah is coming as she moved back to Boji and we are super excited to see her. Her and I have a fun-filled day planned on Saturday with pedicures, etc.
