We arrived to Chicago Friday early evening; checked into hotel and went to a tapas restaurant for a drink and then went to Joe's for dinner. Great food! We ate at 10 pm so was late when we got out of there. We were tired from a long 6 hours in the car so headed back to hotel and called it a night after dinner.
Saturday we got up and ate breakfast and headed to Michigan Ave (only 2 block from our hotel) and shopped for hours! I LOVE downtown Chicago! Amazing shopping and we all had a blast and found a few things. I got a new coat at H&M! We headed and grabbed a fast lunch and then off to get Mani and Pedi's at West Loop. We all loved being pampered and enjoyed some champagne!
Our "future" Mrs. Heuton opened her gifts before we went out to dinner. We went out to dinner and enjoyed some great food once again! We ended the night bar hopping for a while and danced the night away downtown!
It was a great weekend and I hope Julie had fun!
